Family owned and operated since 2007.  At Paia Gelato, we combine the fresh flavors of Hawaii with the traditions of Italy, to produce gelato that is fresh, creamy and exceptional. We proudly support local farmers with our Maui Pineapple and Kula Strawberry sorbettos (2 of our 12 dairy-free options), and the favorite “foodie” find, Surfing Goat Dairy’s Lilikoi Quark. Local favorites are Big Island Macadamia Nut Coffee Crunch, Sandy Beach (peanut butter, coconut candy and lava sea salt) and Seamist (mint tea with lemongrass.) The brownie sandwich is a decadent treat and a scoop of gelato drowned in a shot of espresso is absolutely addicting! Come in and sample any of our 24 ever-changing Maui Style flavors.
